Mr. Bozorgina is a Senior Director at Ankura’s Global Construction Practice in New York and has 13 years of experience working on over $15B of major capital projects including energy, transit, bridge, highway, water resources, and real estate developments. Pirouz's functional expertise includes: Project Controls, dispute resolution, PPP business case development, project finance modeling, and construction management.
Pirouz is a Registered Civil Engineer (CA), a Planning and Scheduling Professional , a Project Management Professional, a Certified Construction Manager, and an Envision Sustainability Professional. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with concentration in Construction Management, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Dr. Amin Terouhid is a Principal Consultant with Adroit Consultants, LLC and has proven expertise in the areas of project control, construction claims, delay analysis, loss of productivity, value engineering, and risk management. With 15 years of experience working on several large and mega projects internationally and throughout the United States, he is a recognized expert in the above-noted fields and an author of various technical articles and industry guidelines in the areas of delay analysis, loss of productivity, and project scheduling.
Dr. Terouhid was a recipient of the 2018 AACE Technical Excellence Award. He has received his Ph.D. in construction management from the University of Florida, and holds the following professional certificates: Professional Engineer (P.E.) – Texas, Project Management Professional (PMP), Decision and Risk Management Professional (DRMP), Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), and Value Methodology Associate (VMA).

Mr. Weekes has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry both in the USA and the Caribbean combined. His main profession is Quantity Surveying with a strong emphasis on Pre and Post Contract Cost Control and Cost Engineering generally. In his current position he processes, monitors, tracks and reports on the payments to contractors and consultants of a $2B project.
Jeffrey Kolker, EIT

Mr. Kolker is a Director at Ankura Consulting Group with over 5 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. Jeff has provided dispute and advisory services on a number of engagements by delivering strategic guidance to clients in both the public and private sectors. His project experience encompasses the design and construction of a variety of infrastructure assets, including power plants, commercial real estate buildings, industrial process plants, and transit stations. Previously, Jeff worked as a Structural Engineer at Jacobs Engineering Group.
Brian Goodreau, PSP, ENV SP

Mr. Goodreau is the operations leader for the Arcadis Contract Solutions team of experts in construction disputes and project controls in New York City. Brian currently manages a team of claims analysts and project controls experts working on behalf of public and private owners for numerous complex infrastructure and building projects across North America. He has a proven record of accomplishment helping clients to avoid and mitigate disputes by implementing techniques such as CPM scheduling and total cost management. Brian has also effectively resolved numerous disputes on behalf of his clients, providing expert analysis and litigation support. Brian has been involved numerous alternative dispute resolutions including negotiations, mediation and claims review boards.
